Wake-Up Workout: We're Jazzercising!!

wout0128.jpg

There was a time when people just said jazzercise just because it was fun to say. Go ahead, try it yourself, ja-zz-er-cise, see how good that feels, but if you were around in the 80's you already knew that.

This morning, Jeanne Zingaro of Jazzercise stopped by with a Jazzercise Wakeup Workout! The first week of classes in New York City are FREE for anyone new to the program!

The classes are held at The Knitting Factory and Times Square Arts Center Monday through Thursday and on Saturdays. For more information, visit www.jazznewyork.net.

The Jazzercise Ladies did a fantastic job, look great and continue to pass the message of "Just Keep Danicing". Good Work.

Jeanne is not only a Jazzercise instructor, but she is also your friend and genuinely cares about your health, your well-being, and your life! She gives one of the most fun workouts ever with the best music, fun times, and her great form, and you can tell she puts her heart and soul into Jazzercise! What a deserving woman! Thank you for featuring her!

Great job Jeanne - and what great sports the ladies of the morning team are! Except for the starving girl who clearly didn't get enough attention growing up. Why did she work so hard to take the attention away from the feature?

I loved the jazzercise segment. You looked like you were having so much fun. What a great way to work out! Do it again!

No surprise here that Jeanne has accomplished yet another success in a long line of impressive endeavors - I recall picking her and her younger sister up from dance classes when she was just a teenager. She's a truly unique person with a incredibly strong life force. All the best to her, "Trick"
