Health & Fitness guru Gary Null stopped by to give tips on de-aging yourself. From how to get real quality sleep to the foods to add to your diet.
He advises on small changes that can add years to your life. He suggests doing the following things: have something creative in your life; rest 1/2 hr before going to bed in a dark space which increases the quality of sleep; exercise 45 minutes five days a week; consume anti-oxidants; eat power foods.
