In today's fit for life, two vaccines created to fight ovarian and breast cancer are in the early trial stages. Researchers are testing them to determine their safety and effectiveness. The ovarian cancer vaccine is designed to re-educate patients' immune system cells and teach them to destroy cancerous ones. Scientists are also testing a vaccine for a particularly aggressive form of breast cancer.
And, the YMCA has vowed to become the top crusader of the nation's obesity problem. It's new program will be called activate America. It includes re-designing facilities and expanding health-related activities...

The issue of allowing products from cloned animals to be put on supermarket store shelves. Europe's food safety agency says meat and milk from healthy, cloned animals are most likely safe for people to eat.
The group says products from cloned pigs and cattle are made with the same nutritional value as non-cloned animals.
Last week, the wall street journal reported FDA was preparing to declare cloned food products safe.
And... Health experts are encouraging the use of helmets while playing winter sports. They say winter sports cause thousands of head injuries and deaths each year. The sports with the most head-related injuries are snowboarding, hockey and skiing....
