She was once a judge on America's Next Top Model, and now she’s promoting Season 3 of the Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency. Janice said that beauty isn't the only thing a model must have, in addition, one needs a big helping of the X-Factor - something Janice knows all to well given her charisma and ability to make even the heartiest of stagehands & crew blush like teenagers, which she did handily this morning on our set.
