In today's fit for life... A link between menopausal women and asthma later in life.

Researchers say women going through menopause have a higher risk for developing respiratory problems, like asthma. Scientists say it could be due to lower estrogen levels. The study also found thin women were more at risk than heavier females.

And a new study finds playing "active" video games like Nintendo "we" does not replace real exercise or sports. Researchers say game systems like "we" do not require enough energy to count as part of your daily workout.

Even though "we" players are required to use their whole body when playing ... Experts say they only use two percent more energy than people who play regular computer games.

And... More concerns over plastic water bottles that could be bad for your health. Some stores are keeping "Nalgene" and other polycarbonate plastic bottles off their shelves until a Canadian health study is completed.

The concern is over a chemical that can disrupt the hormonal system. The FDA has sided with the plastics industry, saying the products do not pose a risk.
