Joan Rivers shared some of her Thanksgiving traditions with us by preparing some of her favorite meals.

Joan Rivers' Sweet Potato Pudding Recipe:
4 lbs. sweet potatoes
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp ground cloves
2 tbls maple syrup
2 cups mini marshmallows
Ground Pepper to taste

Bake Sweet Potatoes in skins at 375 degrees for 11/2 hours or until tender. Let sweet potatoes cool. Peel and mash with a fork. Add cinnamon, salt, pepper, nutmeg, clove and maple syrup. Mix. Pour mixture into oven proof dish and top with marshmallows. Bake in a 375 degree pre-heated oven for 30min. Ingredients can be prepared ahead of time and then bake to serve. Serves 6-8 people.
