Holiday Photo Cards:
It's the most wonderful time of the year. So why not make your holiday wishes and glad tidings a little more personal.Professional Photographer Paloma Sendrey gave us some tips on how to get that picture perfect shot for your holiday cards to send out to family and friends:
WATCH THE VIDEO AFTER THE JUMP
First, try playing the opposite game with younger kids, get downright silly and tell them not to smile and chances are they will.
Bring photo friendly props for kids to play with.
There is no law that everyone has to be looking into the camera for a family photo.
Dress your kids comfortably, not like little adults.
If you have a crying child, let them take a break and work on taking pictures of the other kids until the child is ready to get back into the mix...And if the kid doesn't calm down
Paloma says beautiful individual shots are better than one lousy shot of all the kids. She suggests framing the separate shots in a holiday card made for multiple pictures.
