Rocky Carroll Leads 'NCIS' In Its Investigations

Actor Rocky Carroll stopped by to talk about his role as Leon Vance in the hit CBS series NCIS.

NCIS is an action/drama series that follows the Naval Criminal Investigative Service as they investigate Navy or Marine Corps crimes like murder, espionage, terrorism and stolen submarines. Carroll plays Leon, the director of the NCIS team.

A Cincinnati native, Carroll's acting credits include TV shows Chicago Hope, Grey's Anatomy, Boston Legal, ER and American Dreams. His film credits include Yes Man, Prisoner and The Ladies Man.

NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS.

Damaris Lewis Makes Second Appearance In SI Swimsuit Issue

Brooklyn's own Damaris Lewis, 19, stopped by to talk about being featured in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

Lewis began modeling while she was a student at LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts, where she studied dance. Damaris has worked with clients such as V, French Vogue, Victoria's Secret, Benetton, Saks, MAC Cosmetics and YSL.

Black History Month: Healthy Soul Food

Milk's not the only food that does the body good. We're whipping up some healthy soul food that's good for your body, soul and your waistline. Chefs George and Tyrone from G&T Catering stopped by to show us how to make a traditional soul food dish -- Four Cheese Macaroni -- in celebration of Black History Month.

The two chefs showed us how to make that distinctive soul food dishes while modifying the ingredients to get the same great taste. For example, George and Tyrone also bought over their famous Sautéed Collar Greens, Black-Eyed Peas and Brown Rice, G&T BBQ Spare Ribs and Low Fat Sweet Potato Pie with Whole Wheat Pie Crust.

Bryan Greenberg, Victor Rasuk Star In HBO's 'How To Make It In America'

Actors Bryan Greenberg and Victor Rasuk stopped by to talk about their starring roles in the new new HBO series How To Make It In America.

The show is about a couple of struggling young city guys, Ben (Greenburg) and Cam (Rasuk) and their buddies as they try to push their way to prosperity. Ben folds jeans in a Barney's for a living, but wants to run his own denim empire (or any empire that will help him win back the girl of his dreams) and Cam is on the same band-wagon as his buddy. You won't want to miss these 20-somethings as they hustle their way through the New York City fashion scene.

Shoshana Johnson 'Still Standing' After POW Experience In Baghdad

In March 2003, Shoshana Johnson was part of the Army convoy that was attacked in Baghdad, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Several soldiers were killed and others were taken prisoner. Jessica Lynch became the face associated with the tragedy, but another female soldier was also wounded -- Shoshana Johnson.

She became the first black prisoner of war in U.S. History and is sharing her story in a new book I'm Still Standing: From Captive U.S. Soldier to Free Citizen--My Journey Home, which is available in stores now.

Channing Tatum Stars In 'Dear John'

Actor Channing Tatum came by live to talk about his new movie, Dear John, which is based on the book by the acclaimed author Nicholas Sparks.

Tatum plays the role of a soldier home on leave who falls in love with a college student, played by Amanda Seyfreid, who actually stopped by live yesterday.

Channing has played many hit roles such as "Duke" in last years summer hits,
G.I. Joe and stared along side Terrence Howard in Fighting. He also played along side Amanda Bynes in the hit teen comedy, She's the Man and starred in the dance hits Step Up where he also fell in love and met his now wife, Jenna Dewan. He then appered again in the sequel, Step Up 2 The Streets.

Be sure to catch Dear John in theaters today.

Friday Forecaster: Brandon T. Jackson

Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief star Brandon T. Jackson came to the show to talk about his new movie and to warn us... not about lightning larceny, but about a snow storm!

Jackson stars as Grover Underwood, Percy Jackson's half goat/half human best friend. His character is somewhat meager, often becoming fearful with great ease. He is also courageous when necessary, always standing up for his friends. Jackson has also appeared in Fast and Furious and Tropic Thunder.

He was also here as our Friday Forecaster and couldn't have come at a better time. Linda Church was tracking a monsterous snow storm headed right for PIX's coverage area.

'Sesame Street Live' Comes To Madison Square Garden

The gang from Sesame Street came on the show today to promote Sesame Street Live, the 30-year running stage tour of Jim Hensen's hit TV series.

They sang "Sunny Days," the shows theme song and gave us tid-bits about some updates to the stage show. The show was the first of its kind to base its content on laboratory research, increasing its educational effectiveness. Sesame Street debuted in 1969 and consisted of Jim Hensen's muppets, animation, live shorts and cultural references. Forty years later the show has evolved quite a bit and is broadcast in over 120 countries according to america.gov.

Sesame Street Live is playing at the Theater at Madison Square Garden February 4-15, 2010 and stars everyone's favorite red monster, Elmo. The cast has a newbie this year too -- Abby Cadabby the loveable fairy-in-training.

The Ladies From Hooters Stopped By And Brought Us Some "Spicy" Wings
