Dear howard i am staying at a place that is for h.p.d. at 1385 fulton avenue. howard I wish that you can get intouch with me persoanaly. So that i can really explain to you the things that go on in this place. this is suppost to be a free drug place. there is 78 appartments in this building, atleast70 apparments are smoking crack and thats because our case manegers just dont care. three people that were in charege of collecting the rent have been fired for steeling the rent.nothing has been done about this. know they want us to pay for the rent that they stole. that is not the only thing .I can tell you things that will turn your stomach. please,you can reach me at 347 -273-4206.thank you very much. sencirly your wilfredo cintron.
