Beware Of Mortgage Loan Fees
5:00AM | September 2, 2009 | comments: 12
We may be seeing all-time low's in terms of interest rates, but that doesn't necessarily mean your mortgage loan will come cheap. In order for compensate for money lost in interest, many banks are jacking up closing cost fees.
Whenever a lender locks in a rate for a prospective borrower, that action incurs administrative costs... even if the loan doesn't close. That means even if you fail to get approved, change your mind or jump on a lower rate somewhere else, you're still responsible for paying any administrative costs.
So remember, pay special attention to processing and appraisal fees, just inquiring about a loan may cost you and of course, ALWAYS read the fine print.

Hi Howard, this is the first time I posted on your blogspot. I want to tell you something funny. My druggest name is Howard, and although he doesn't know you, or watch your show, I told him about you, so now when I go to the drug store, or call up for something I say HELP ME HOWARD. He gets a kick out of it.
I don't trust the banks. We as consumers know more than the banks do. I only found one reliable bank vice president, who seemed to know her stuff. Many of the people that work in banks, do just that, work in banks. They are not knowledgeable enough to handle your banking needs.
Concourse Animal Hospital is The WORST clinic to bring your loving pets. They are more concerned with the payment than the health of your pet. My experience with them started when my doggy ingested rat poison, and was peeing blood. I took him in and told them what he had ingested...They told me he had to be admitted and some diagnostic test had to be done in order to determine the cause (mind you, I had already told them the cause). They charged me $575 and told me my dog was going to be ok and that I can call the next day to check up on him. When I called the following day to ask about my pet they told me they could not give me an update on my dog. They kept saying that I had to wait for Dr. Katz, who was arriving at 11:00am. At 9:00am instead of calling back, I decided to head to the clinic myself an obtain information, when I arrived I asked about the health of my dog but the receptionist and the technicians were rude and unsymphatetic Finally, Dr. Katz arrived but 4 hour later. He told me that my dog had a unique case and he had no idea what was wrong. He told me to take him to 24 hour hospital for an ultrasound and then he wanted me to return with my dog for an exploratory surgery after the ultrasound. I disagreed with the surgery but took him to NYC Vet Specialist in 55th and 9th avenue. There he was immediately put into ICU and given VItamin K (which is an antidote for Rat poison), IV fluid and a 24 hour nurse( he was not left alone for the night like he was left at Concourse Animal Hospital)...One day later my dog was already showing signs of improvement and I owe it all to NYC Vet Specialist.
