Every Friday now is "Feel Good Friday," as Help Me Howard is giving away $1,000 to one very lucky person.

But there's a catch!

This September 4th, the "Feel Good Friday" location will be Jones Beach on Long Island.

That's where Howard found 10 Jones Beach lifeguards and gave them each $100 as a thank you for all their hard work protecting and looking out for us this summer.

I wouldn't travel that far to much traffic, but you an travel into westchester County Briarcliff Manor....

dont drive:( sold my car eons ago so i could pay rent. but honestly howard, if you said "heres a thousand bucks- now its time to help me give it away" youd better be ready to test those track n field skills, lol.
