Valley Management: Facilitators or Fabricators?

How long can someone get away with taking people's money and never doing the job?

This is the second time that Help Me Howard confronted Tulio Cammino Ram the man behind "Valley Management", a company that claims to help customers handle building code violations and the construction, but then does nothing.

Already we've been contacted by several people who paid Valley Management a lot of money to do jobs that were never down.

Last year Ramesh Mankotia paid Valley Management thousands to clear the violations on a new house he bought.
We still don't know what if anything Valley Management has done and even though Tulio said he would pay Ramesh back $7,000, he hasn't done that either.

Julian Tamburi gave Valley Management $4000 to clear some violations on his property, but so far he is doing most of the work himself that he paid Valley Management to do.

Consumers can Google Valley Management to see customers complaints for themselves.
If you want to hire a company to help you remove building code violations, research them first before handing over your money. Check their history with the Better Business Bureau or the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and ask to talk to former clients to see how happy they are with the work.

Hi Howard - I, too am a victim of Tulio Camino's (Valley Management Inc) scam. I actually took him to small claims court for the $1500 that he owed my father for failing to remove a violation our home had. He never showed up to court and I was awarded the judgment. Of course, he has not paid me and I am in the process of contacting the city marshall's office to see what my options are. He is operating a Bernie Madoff scam and deserves to be jailed for what he is doing. People like him should not be given a license to do business!
