Mysterious Savior
Brooklyn Woman Needs Help Finding her Knight in Shining Armour
Camille Davis of East New York, Brooklyn needs Howard's and your help finding the man who came to her aid, when she collapsed on the street last week. Last Wednesday, on February 4th Camille hadn't been feeling well and went to her local hospital to get checked out, but they couldn't find anything wrong. So she went to work, afterwards she went to class at Touro College on West 23rd Street near 6th Avenue in Manhattan. (Camille is getting a double Masters in Special Education and Psychology.) After class she headed across 23rd Street toward the subway, when she started feeling woozy. Camille reached for the subway railing to steady herself and that's where she collapsed, fainting into unconsciousness.
It's at this point that a young man came to her aid and called 911. He called out to her and when she came to, he asked her name. Camille was astonished to see that he had laid down right next to her on the sidewalk and promised not to leave her til help came. When the ambulance arrived, he saw her into it, briefed the EMT's and then he vanished. Camille says she'll never forget how vulnerable she felt. All she can think of now is how other people might have mistaken her for a bum or could have stolen her purse. How would she have gotten help? Who would have called an ambulance? She is so grateful to this young man for helping her that she reached out to Help Me Howard for help finding him. Camille describes her savior as a caucasian male, between 24 and 27-years old, approximately five-feet, seven-inches tall with brownish-blonde hair. She said he looked like he might have been a student too. He wore a brown coat and had a messenger bag strapped across his chest.
If you have any information about who came to Camille Davis's aid last Wednesday February 4th, 2009, please contact Help Me Howard at WPIX.COM or call the Help Me Howard Hotline at 212-210-2490. Camille wants the opportunity to thank him in person.

On Dec. 30th,on 9th Ave. at 6:00pm, I had a fallen and smashedmy face into to sidewalk. My friends whom I was with were afraid to see how badly I was hurt, when a stranger, who fits the description of Camille's also came to my aid. He laid down on the sidewalk, had me lift my face so he could see how bad it was, he got me tissues for the blood and ice. He made sure an ambulance was on the way, and that my friends knew what to do before he left. I never saw his face, but one of my friends saw your story last night and called me and said it sounded like the same man who helped me that day. If you find him I would love to thank him and another man from England that stayed to help me until the ambulance arrived. The people of New York were very compassionate that cold winter day. Many people stoppped to ask if they could help me and many more offerd to pray for me. It was very comforting having so many strangers care for me.

I need your help regarding 'Super Jumbo (Find-A-Word Volume #8) with a puzzle entitled "Animals Everywhere." In this volume, Puzzle #152 has the word "AFRICAN" listed amongst its animals. I wrote an excellent letter to the company in 2008, but never received a response from them. I think it is a shame. What do you think?

RE: Super Jumbo (Find-A-Word Volume #8)
Dear Sir/Madam:
I wrote this letter to let you know I was having a great time with Find-A-Word. I consider myself an astute individual and certainly an avid reader. Puzzles of this sort can be a smart way to pass the time. Getting back to what I said about having a great time with Find-A-Word, I was doing just fine until I stumbled upon puzzle 152 entitled, and I quote, “Animals Everywhere.” I located the first word AARDVARK which indeed is an animal. However, the second word in the category, AFRICAN - is that an animal too and if so, what sort or kind of animal is it? Bewildered, I went to the Webster’s New College Dictionary to get their definition, just in-case the word AFRICAN somehow changed unbeknownst to me. When I went to college several years ago, an AFRICAN was a person, not an animal. Webster’s definition for AFRICAN is:
“Of or relating to Africa or its peoples languages, or cultures. A person
born or living in Africa. A person of African descent.”
I felt a little better, because I realized the word has NOT changed. It still means peoples and/or person. In other words, it means human beings. Now, here is where I need your help - how and when did ‘AFRICAN’ become an animal? I wonder how many minds have been influenced by this enormous mistake or how many just laughed and agreed or has anyone previously brought this egregious and disturbing error to your attention.
I did a little more research – I looked up the word AARDVARK. Webster’s states an AADVARK is:
“a burrowing mammal, orycteropus afer of southern Africa, with a hairy, stocky body, large ears, a long, tubular snout, and powerful digging claws.”
Were you trying to say AADVARK of southern Africa, oh excuse me - that would be of Africa, (the continent) which brings me back to the word AFRICAN, a noun for a person of African descent. Sorry, I tried but there is still no connection.
There is no getting around the fact that someone in your organization classified AFRICAN as an animal. I thought I would give that person a little extra ‘benefit of doubt’ by hoping AFRICAN was attached to another word, but when I went to the answer section - guess what- AFRICAN is circled and it is not attached to another word. It is circled and stands alone. I guess that cancelled my hypothesis.
The way I see it, this is not only offensive but totally outlandish, considering every one of the other words in the group refers to animals. How did the word AFRICAN wind up in the animal category?
I am sure you are aware that the 44th PRESIDENT of the United States is a descendant of Kenya by way of his father. Does this make him part animal? I wonder how he would feel about passing this information along to his family.
I was just wondering should I seek legal advice or get help from Howard (Help me Howard) or since this is a shame, maybe ‘Shame on you can help me.’
Lastly, I realize this is an older version nonetheless, this does not excuse the fact that a gross mistake was made.
I’d be interested in your response.
What do think?

Just wondering
A bad Degree from a bad College will turn out to be worthless such as Touro College awarded me; a worthless Bachelor's Degree.
I cannot use my credits to transfer to any normal accredited college in America and use it to find employment within City government, State government or Federal jobs, as well as being treated like a criminal everywhere I go; even applying to a private employer I have to state my criminal record; so automatically my degree becomes worthless.
That is not the worst part. The worst part is that by getting this Touro College fraudulent Degree, students are required to get a criminal record, just like mine or worse.
So It is not as bad as a getting a bad degree from a good school. At least a bad degree from a good school will not make a criminal out of you and you will not have to tell your potential employer that you are a criminal like it occurred in my case and with many other Touro College Bachelor Degree holders with criminal records.
No wonder why most of Touro College undergraduate Bachelor Degree holders work in their fraudulent operations, because they have nowhere else to go.
There are fraudulent people out there and there are as well fraudulent Institutions of higher learning.
Michael Cherner is not one of few bad apples employed at Touro College.
Take it from me; I am a holder of a Touro College's fraudulent Bachelor’s degree. The entire administration is responsible for its fraud because they all witnessed as it happened and signed the paperwork for my degree. It is the entire undergraduate Touro College which is Fraudulent and the government has no way to control or stop it from destroying innocent students life’s that are convinced by Touro environment that fraud is good and you should pay.
Touro College is basically an organized, undereducated criminal MOB (MAFIA) full of Administrators and professors who take part in this operation to earn money to pay for their living expenses.
“MANY STUDENT WASTE YEARS STUDYING AND AT THE END ARE AWARDED TOURO COLLEGE’S FRAUDULENT DEGREES AND THERFORE BECOME CRIMINALS. NOT ALL DEGREES ARE EQUAL.
TOURO COLLEGE HAS BEEn LYING ABOUT its ACCREDITATION FROM THE BEGINING OF ITS CREATION.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR ACCREDITATION WHICH YOU CAN FIND. IT IS A PAPER WORK LIE. They have people which take cut in many Accrediting bodies.
TOURO COLLEGE IS ESTABLISHED ON FRAUDULENT PAPERWORK FROM THE BEGININIG OF ITS CREATION IN THE 70’S AND THE SCAM HAS BEEN RUNNIG FOR THE PAST 35 YEARS.
