A New York man says his Thanksgiving vacation to Turkey turned into a nightmare when he flew with El Al airlines.
Andrew Jozefiak claims he was told by El Al personnel that he had to check his digital camera in his luggage for security purposes, when he voiced his concerns about the safety of his property, he was told that everything would be fine.
But when he checked his luggage one last time, after their security checks, he says his camera was missing and he was forced to buy a brand new one in Turkey.

THIS IS NOTHING NEW WITH EL AL....IN THE NAME OF SECURITY THEY JUSTIFY STEALING ANYTHING THEY WANT FROM YOUR BAGGAGE AND IF YOU COMPLAIN THEY TAKE YOU OFF THE FLIGHT AND BAN YOU FROM TRAVEL IN THE FUTURE...BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS...
That's a lie! ELAL has the best security in the world, and if not them the TSA would not know what to do until this day.
they thought about the airport security many years before 9\11.
sometimes things happens, why don't you blame the TSA? they check all bags as well!
and who told you about the fact that if you complain they ban you from travel?? you don't know what you are talking about! if you dont want, dont fly with ELAL!
No, ELAL are in fact a bunch of thieves. They actually want you to present receipts for lost luggage, as if everything you lost were brand new. I flew them once. Never again.
