Almost "burned" by Hollywood Tans

A Brooklyn woman says she almost got burned by "Hollywood Tans".

Josephine Reynoso spent over $200 for a package of ten tanning sessions at a Brooklyn Hollywood Tans. But when her salon shut down halfway through her sessions, the only way the tanning company would let her finish out her sessions, was if she paid for another five tanning sessions somewhere else!

So she called Help Me Howard. Check out what happened after Howard stepped in.

We got in touch with Hollywood Tans. They have now agreed to reimburse Josephine the remaining amount of her unused tanning package.

To protect yourself and the services you've paid for with companies that may go out of business, always ask for paperwork, like a contract or receipt during the initial transaction.

Ask the business about what will happen, "if" they were to close or go out of business. Find out what your recourse is should something go wrong.

If they don't respond or can't respond, its up to you if you want to do business with them.
