The owners of a small local business say one of their long time customers is being totally unreasonable.

The owners of Lucky Star trading company in Brooklyn specialize in 99 cent discount merchandise, toiletries, and paper supplies. They distribute their products to five and dime stores, like Big Bob's Discounts, and that's where the story begins.

Just before school started Big Bob's ordered ten cases of notebooks from Lucky Star trading, totaling $1,285 dollars. Slight problem, the notebooks didn't have the right number of pages.

An elderly woman says a local furniture company took her money for a new bed and then went out of business.

78-year-old Enzie Williams spends most of her day in a one bedroom apartment in the Bronx. Her only source of income is her social security check, and she was forced to auction off most of her furniture last year after her mother passed away.

In need of a new bedroom set, she went to Big City furniture, and told a salesman she could only afford $100 payments, and he complied. She shelled out nearly $1,000 toward her new furniture set, when the store closed its doors.

Williams says she has done everything to get her money back, but the owner does not return her phone calls.

A local mother just wanted to go see a concert with her daughter, but says she got the runaround instead.

It all started in June when Rhonda Brown bought two tickets for the "Touch me, Tease Me Tour," billed as a super hot show featuring Trey Songz and Donell Jones.

Unfortunately, Rhonda says the show was canceled for no apparent reason and says two guys standing outside the venue took concert-goers names and promised each of them special seats to a rescheduled concert.

But, that's where things take a complicated turn.
