Help Me Howard: Bad Broker

I BOUGHT A CAR FROM A DEALERSHIP ABOUT 2 WKS AGO. I TRADED IN MY OLD VEHICLE FOR THE NEW VEHICLE THEY SOLD ME. WE CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT I WOULD PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND THAT I WOULD PAY 9% INTEREST. NOW 2 WKS LATER THEY ARE CALLING ME EVERYDAY TELLING ME TO BRING MY CAR BACK BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO GET ME THAT RATE. THEY ALSO TOLD ME I NEED TO GIVE BACK THE CAR OR THEY WILL REPO IT. I WANTED TO KNOW IF THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO THAT. WE SIGNED A CONTACT AND I PUT A DOWN PAYMENT WHICH THEY HAVE ALREADY CASHED. PLEASE HELP ME, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEED THE CAR TODAY OR THEY WILL COME WITH A TOW TRUCK AND TAKE IT. THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING ME EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST 2 DAYS HARRASING ME.

I always got early to work and left when i was suppose to. No one ever complained. actually, the first manager recommended that i come back the next day. Today is March 21, 2009 and i still haven't received a check. About three weeks ago I've contacted her and she told me that she apologizes for the misunderstanding and i gave her my address and phone and she said that i will get a check by Monday , i called her Wednesday. My father called her back that Saturday to confirm my hours and she said to call her back with in the hour. we called no answer. I work 75 hours at 10 dollars and hour. If you can help me in any way i will very much appreciate it.thank you.

hi, My name is shoanntal, On march 27 2009 my son broke his wrist he was rushed to the hospital emergency room by my husband were he was treated the doctor put a cast on his hand and explained to us that we have to bring him back in 5 days, within the 5 days before we took him to see the doctor. we were contacted by the doctors office that we had to come with some form of payment before the doctor can see him we explained to them that we don't have Insurance which was also explained to the hospital and that we had not to relocated to the state of Florida so right now money is an issue my husband is the only person working I'm seven months pregnant. so because they told us that we had to bring money we didn't attend the appointment. while going trough the process of trying to find a way to get my son wrist looked we got a call from the hospital that we took my son too stating that we can come in and start a process to get medicaid, at the meeting the agent explained that all the bills from the hospital will be paid in full, the problem is that the doctor that put on the cast on my son's hand does not take medicaid. since we didn't go to the appointment we received a call from the doctor's office explaining that if we don't bring my son to see the doctor asap that they will contact the police and have us arrested for child neglect if we don't bring him in we tried to explained to them that we didn't have any money she ask us if there is any way we can get money borrowed we told he no she said just to bring him in. when we got there they took him in took some x rays and put us in a room to wait for the doctor, while waiting on of his assistants came with papers to sign as to how we would be making payments my husband explained to the assistant that we can't cover the payment this is why we were going to take my son to another doctor she acted like she was concern and left the room the doctor came in did not even looked at his hand he stated that he looked at the x ray and every thing looks fine and gave us a referral to the hospital so that they can take the x ray before he can take the cast off because the hospital take medicaid because we didn't have any money and we had the medicaid being process. a few days later we got a letter in the mail stating that the doctor will not be able to give my son any more medical attention unless we have money, today 05/ 15/2009 the cast is still on my son's arm sometimes its swollen and hurts him so today i took him back to the same hospital and they explained that they can't take off the cast the only person that can take off the cast is the same doctor that took it off. so my son still has the cast on his hand and that needs to come off an now were are back to square one. please Howard help me please !!!!

Please Help me, I would like to know if there is any complain about this organization, please let me know if give you placement after they take your money. How do I find out this information.
When money is tight and you are desperate for a job, you don't want to get caught up something where someone takes the little you have and not deliver.

Hello Howard. I need your help bad! I bought a car on April for $2,300, and it was not drivable after the first week! The car has a very bad leak problem, and the car salesman told me that the car was in perfect condition. I am only 20 years old, this is my first car, and the salesman knew he could get over on me. I brought the car back and the salesman still has not paid me back my refund. I have also used my mothers lawyer to try and get my money back but it has still not worked. I have been waiting five months now and still no refund. I really need a car to get to wrk, school, and church but it is really hard to do this with no car.
