A local business owner has yet to get paid, for work his company provided following the tragic East side crane collapse back in March. It's a story Howard Thompson has been following for the past several months.
The company, located in Staten Island was called a few days after the collapse to remove hazardous construction material from the site. Without hesitating, Kevin Bartley sent his team in and was told he would get compensated right away, but that never happened. Watch the Help Me Howard report.
