Last night after Teen Vogue's Fashion Night Out Fashion Show, Gossip Girl star Taylor Momsen took to the stage with her band The Pretty Reckless and delivered an exclusive live concert performance in an outfit that left little to the imagination.

In keeping with her edgy rock star persona, the 16-year-old star of Gossip Girl performed in black underwear, stockings, a garter and little else. A black bra was visible beneath a sheer white shirt.

Whoa! Kids today sure do grow up fast!

The CW has confirmed that Rick Fox will join Melrose Place in a recurring role this fall. Fox, who played for both the Boston Celtics and Los Angeles Lakers during an extensive NBA career is no stranger to acting. Fox has also appeared on such programs as Ugly Betty, Oz, The Game and One Tree Hill. On Melrose Place, Fox will play the owner of a restaurant where both Auggie (Colin Egglesfield) and Violet ( Ashlee Simpson-Wentz) work.

This fall on Melrose Place, Ashlee Simpson-Wentz portrays Violet Foster, a young woman fresh off the turnip truck - a hick from the sticks who lands at L.A.'s most scandalous address. But don't expect Ashlee's Violet to be of the "shrinking" variety. All is not what it seems. In fact, Simpson-Wentz reveals that Violet will have a dark side -- perhaps one that plays an integral part in the murder mystery storyline that kicks of the inaugural season of the eagerly anticipated new prime time drama! When we first meet Violet she comes off as a sweet innocent, but as the season builds, we'll see her become more manipulative.

"She's a little off. She's got a dark side. She grew up with a foster family and never knew love and family, so people have just come in and out of her life. She just wants to be accepted and loved," Simpson-Wentz told the Los Angeles Times.

Foster (from a "foster" family)? Hmmmmmm. Wonder if that's even her real name?

Ashley Simpson-Wentz will dish about Melrose Place and hopefully give us some more scoop on her character and the new season when she appears LIVE on The PIX Morning News tomorrow morning (Friday, September 4th) at 845am!

The Tyra Banks Show won the Emmy for Outstanding Informative Talk Show at The 36th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards ceremony held last night at the Orpheum Theater in Hollywood.

This was Tyra's second win and her third nomination in the Outstanding Informative Talk Show category. Tyra has 5 Emmy wins under her belt and has received 14 nominations across all Emmy categories.

Last night she beat our Dr. Phil and The Doctors to take the prize!

Appearing on stage with her production crew in some red-orange number (don't ask me who she was wearing 'cause I know not of these things), Tyra accepted the award during a rushed speech.

"This is for the women out there that just do not feel beautiful that are watching TV right now that do not have time to do your makeup because you're running after your kids. I GET it. This is for the kids in high school that feel insecure when they walk onto that campus because they're surrounded by hate and...and...this is for YOU GUYS. You ROCK! We love you! Peace and love," Tyra said.

The Tyra Banks Show moves to the CW next Monday with back-to-back episodes airing M-F/3-5pm.

Hilary Duff has reportedly been making life difficult on the set of Gossip Girl. So says Page Six. According to those other gossip mongers, Ms. Duff threw a tantrum and refused to leave her trailer, causing delays and setting production back while filming the other day in and around Gramercy Park.

A source told Page Six that "one of the girls refused to get out of her trailer," while a second source identified "the girl" as Hilary Duff. "No one could believe they would actually hold up taping for her. Nobody in the cast behaves like that," the source said.

Hilary Duff 's publicist was unavailable to comment , but Gossip Girl representatives categorically deny the story saying "it's absolutely not true."

So I guess you could say that the Duff huff has been snuffed. Ok..that's enuff. :)

Back in July, Mischa Barton was placed under involuntary psychiatric hold at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. The development was the source of rumors of a possible suicide attempt and the loss of a featured role on The CW's upcoming fall series, The Beautiful Life: TBL.

Now, hard at work on TBL, Mischa finally comes clean and explains in her own words the circumstances that led to her hospitalization.

Is Chuck Bass playing for the other team? It has already been widely reported that in episode 6 of Gossip Girl (tentatively scheduled to air on October 19th), Chuck Bass will lock lips with Josh Ellis, a new character played by Neal Bledsoe.

Word is that the manipulative Blair pimps out Chuck to seduce Josh, NYU's Head of Freshman Affairs so that Blair will be given the honor of delivering the annual freshman speech at the university. (Side note...I went to NYU and know nothing about this so-called annual speech -- but I digress). In any case, the two get together and apparently the sparks fly from there.

In Cecily von Ziegesar's Gossip Girl novels, Chuck Bass is bisexual, so it looks like the TV show is covering ground previously set up in the book franchise.

So...the question of the day is: Will Chuck really be going gay or is this simply a part of some agenda for the scheming lothario? With the Bass-hole, I'm guessing it's more likely to be the latter -- but only time will tell. Tune in and find out!

The season premiere of Gossip Girl is less than 3 weeks away! New episodes of Gossip Girl begin Monday, September 14th at 9pm.

Multiple media sources are reporting that Heather Locklear is currently engaged in negotiations to reprise her "guest star" role as ad exec Amanda Woodward on the CW's reboot of Melrose Place this season.

According to an inside source with the show, there is a strong chance that Amanda Woodward will make her way back to the show.

There are definitely talks going on," says the insider. "It's better-than-even money that she'll do it. Everyone's optimistic, absolutely. [Heather] saw the pilot and loved it. Hopefully [the producers will] figure out something great for her creatively."

Originally Locklear had passed on the project because she thought "there was [no] way to bring [Amanda] back that made sense," but producers left the door open in case she changed her mind.

No word yet on whether Jack Wagner has been approached to reprise his role of Dr. Peter Burns. Wagner is Locklear's off-screen boyfriend, but also played Locklear's on-screen love interest on the original Melrose Place. Wagner and Locklear have sparked rumors of a real-life engagement, though the couple has denied this.

Producers have also left the door open to Grant Show (Jake Hanson) who has expressed interest in appearing on the program (though perhaps not this season).

If Locklear signs on to do Melrose Place, she will be the 5th original castmember to make the jump. She would join Thomas Calabro, Laura Leighton, Josie Bissett and Daphne Zuniga who have already committed to appearing on the series.

Producers of The Beautiful Life: TBL have ordered Mischa Barton to lose weight. On TBL, Mischa plays Sonja Stone, a diva supermodel with a roaring drug habit. In order to convincingly play this strung out drug-addicted model, Mischa has been told she needs to shed 10 pounds. According to a report in Britain's Star Magazine, Mischa was "shocked to tears" at the order.

"She knows that means they are calling her fat behind her back. She knows she is heavier than she needs to be, but to hear it like that? It really shook her," said a source quoted by The Star.

She's broken down in tears more than once before shooting. It's a lot of pressure for someone who is just out of hospital," said the source.

However, Barton is taking the order seriously and has been spotted frequently by paparazzi on her way to regular personal training sessions at a downtown Equinox.

"She's always been able to lose weight fast. Everyone knows she's been struggling, so people are just really rooting for her, added the source. "

Jaime Murray, best known as Dexter's psycho girlfriend Lila Tournay on season 2 of the Showtime drama will join the cast of The Beautiful Life: TBL for multiple episodes.

Murray will play Vivienne, a powerful wardrobe stylist (and cougar) who has the hots for young male model Isaac played by Corbin Bleu.

Nina Garcia, former editor of Elle and judge on the long-running cable-hit Project Runway will be playing herself in an upcoming episode of The Beautiful Life: TBL.

Interesting news from the set of 90210. The show has cast Zachary Ray Sherman as Jasper Herman, the nephew of the guy that Annie hit with her car in May's cliffhanger season finale. What is this guy after? So far, we know that he will befriend Annie and worm his way into her life and inner circle, but what is his agenda...and is it sinister?

"I have a bad feeling in my gut, and I think he's going to take Annie for a little bit of a spin," Shenae Grimes revealed to E! TV. "She thinks she finds love and that may screw her up a little more," she said.

"My gut instinct is that he may [know about her role in the car accident], but Annie hasn't told anybody. It's definitely a secret right now," Grimes added.

When I saw this, I was confused and had to check the calendar because I thought today might be April Fool's Day.

Nope. Today is indeed August 6th and when I tell you that Paris Hilton will be guest-starring on Supernatural, it is no joke.

"If anyone ever wanted to see a bloodthirsty Paris attack and kill somebody, this is your chance, said Eric Kripke, the show's executive producer."
Kripke added he was "quite frankly shocked that Paris agreed to do it."

According to The Sun, a British tabloid, Paris guest stars as "a demonic creature that takes the form of... Paris Hilton."

"If you know our style, you know we go pretty funny and irreverent with this stuff, so expect that. The fact that she wanted to do the episode speaks volumes about her sense of humor. She's flat-out awesome for playing along, says writer Sera Gamble who wrote the role just for Paris. "We're very excited that she said yes, added Gamble.

If you're planning on being in Midtown this evening...drop by The Ziegfield Theater (West 54th Street Between 6th and 7th Avenue). Gossip Girl will be filming some exterior and interior scenes there. This season, Hilary Duff will be playing Vanessa and Blair's NYU roommate -- who also happens to be a film star, so it's no stretch to assume that Ms. Duff could be in the neighborhood. In another storyline, Serena takes a job as a publicist and will have her hands full trying to control a client at a NY Film Premiere. That client will be played by Tyra Banks. Will there be a Blake Lively or Tyra Banks sighting? Hey, you never know!

Also today...head down to Wooster and Grand Street in NoLita and you might run into some cast members of The Beautiful Life: TBL. They're filming today!

Grant Show who played Jake Hanson on the original Melrose Place has said that he would be open to doing a guest turn on The CW's 2009 re-boot. Show who will be appearing opposite Jenna Elfman on CBS' new sitcom Accidentally On Purpose this fall told reporters about the change of heart at the TCA meetings in Hollywood yesterday. However, don't look for him on Melrose this season. We've been talking, but nothing solid," Show says. "I'm not opposed to it... They haven't come up with the writing for me yet. I'm not sure they're even going to need me this year -- maybe next year."

In her first acting gig since an appearance on NBC's American Dreams in 2004, the fierce one will play Ursula Nyquist, an actress who proves to be quite the handful for new publicist Serena when she is assigned to keep tabs on the diva at a movie premiere.

When Taylor Momsen (Jenny Humphrey) celebrated her 16th birthday by rocking out with her band The Pretty Reckless at the Hiro Ballroom on Tuesday night, she was joined by several of her Gossip Girl castmates including Ed Westwick (Chuck Bass), Jessica Szohr (Vanessa Abrams), TV dad Matthew Settle (Rufus Humphrey) and Chace Crawford (Nate Archibald).

This weekend, three CW programs will be featured at Comic-Con, the annual San Diego fanfest showcasing the best in sci-fi, fantasy and horror on TV and in film.

The Vampire Diaries will hold its panel on Saturday. Following a screening of the series pilot, stars Nina Dobrev, Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder ( Lost), as well as executive producer/writer Kevin Williamson (Dawson's Creek) and others will be on hand to offer scoop on one of the most buzzed about new programs of the fall during a Q&A session.

Smallville's Sunday session will include stars Allison Mack (Chloe Sullivan), Cassidy Freeman (Tess Mercer), Justin Hartley (Oliver Queen/Green Arrow) and Callum Blue (General Zod). After clips from the new season are screened, the stars of Smallville will provide some answers to the questions you have been waiting all summer for!

Supernatural will also hold its panel on Sunday. On hand will be stars Misha Collins (Castiel) and Jim Beaver (Bobby Singer), as well as creator/executive producer Eric Kripke and others. Lucky fans in attendance will get the first peek at footage from the September premiere episode, but we'll get the scoop and anything else for you so you won't feel left out!

No one official is commenting on the record, but Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello reported today that The CW may be on the verge of moving on from Mischa Barton. While the actress is being involuntarily held for psychiatric observation, producers of The Beautiful Life: TBL are in the process of creating and casting a new female character that would essentially replace Mischa Barton's supermodel Sonja Stone seen in the pilot presentation of the new series. Yesterday, it was announced that production was pushed back a week - reportedly because sets for the series were not yet ready for prime time. Lensing for The Beautiful Life: TBL now gets underway on July 31st in advance of a September 16th launch on The CW.

In other news...

Jennie Garth has reached an agreement with the producers of 90210 to appear in several more episodes of the series this fall beginning with episode #3 in which Harry turns to her for advice about Annie.

John Schneider (Pa Kent on Smallville) will appear in several episodes of 90210 this season as Liam's stepfather.

Kelly Carlson who plays porn-star/prostitute/nutjob Kimber Henry on FX's Nip/Tuck will take on a similar role when she appears this fall on Melrose Place as a madam who mentors one of the MP residents in the world's oldest profession.

Kristen Bell (the voice of everyone's favorite blogger on Gossip Girl) says that someday she would love to make an appearance on Gossip Girl. While Kristen Bell and executive producer Josh Schwartz go way back (from their days together on Veronica Mars), an appearance on Gossip Girl is probably not in the cards, at least for now.

Star of the new CW prime time drama The Beautiful Life: TBL, Mischa Barton has been placed under involuntary psychiatric hold at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, according to several media sources. Police were summoned to her Los Angeles home to take her to the hospital yesterday afternoon. According to Section 5150 of the California Welfare & Institutions Code, Ms. Barton can be held involuntarily for up to 72 hours if she poses a threat to herself or others.

The LAPD has confirmed the story. "We assisted her with a medical issue and removed her from her home." Paramedics were not called and no arrests were made.

Confidentiality laws prevent disclosure of Ms. Barton's condition and the exact cause of her hospitalization, but the actress has a history of partying hard, has been arrested for DUI and was charged with marijuana possession last year. Speculation will only grow based on her hard-partying ways. Unflattering pictures of Barton out-and-about in London surfaced on the web a couple of weeks ago.

Mischa Barton can be seen opposite 90210's Jessica Stroup in Homecoming, a new thriller hitting theaters today. Barton had been scheduled to fly to New York to attend the movie's premiere last night.

CW Network executives are mum on how her hospitalization will impact production of The Beautiful Life: TBL which starts shooting Wednesday, July 22nd in New York.

Whatever brought her to this point, we hope Ms. Barton will get the medical help she needs and wish her a speedy recovery!

...and then there were four. Daphne Zuniga is the latest original Melrose Place castmember to join the cast of The CW's re-boot of the 90's favorite guilty pleasure. Zuniga will reprise her character Jo Reynolds, a professional photographer in at least two episodes of the series this fall. Zuniga joins Thomas Calabro, Josie Bissett and Laura Leighton as original castmembers making the leap to the new series. One Tree Hill fans know that Zuniga is no stranger to The CW. Daphne Zuniga appeared in 16 episodes of the drama as Victoria Davis during the 2008-2009 season.

Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick are splitting up. Huh, you say? No...the two were not an item. Until recently the two Gossip guys shared a Chelsea apartment, but Crawford had enough of Westwick's Oscar Madison-like ways and moved into his own pad, a rented penthouse in the luxury Dwell 95 building on Wall Street. What I know about fashion could fit in a thimble, but for those of you who care...

...a Target spokesman has debunked a Daily News story claiming the retail giant was distancing itself from Gossip Girl by pulling Anna Sui's planned fall collection inspired by characters from the hit show. The line is still on and clothes from the collection will hit stores in mid-September. Viewers will get their first glimpse at the collection on September 14th, when Target's Anna Sui Gossip Girl collection is featured in an ad during the program's season premiere. "Whew."

From time to time I'll be checking in on some of your favorite ex-CW programs to catch you up on what the stars of those programs have been up to since departing the friendly confines of the CW family.

First up: Gilmore Girls

Lauren Graham (Lorelai Gilmore) made her Broadway debut in March as Miss Adelaide in the Tony nominated revival of Guys & Dolls. Guys & Dolls played 28 previews and 113 performances before closing on June 14, 2009. Additionally, Graham taped a sitcom pilot for ABC called The Bridget Show where she starred as a Dr. Phil-type talk show host who doesn't follow her own advice. The busted pilot was not picked up for the fall.

Alexis Bledel (Rory Gilmore) appeared as Dr. Julia Wise in the series finale of ER on NBC. Last summer, Bledel appeared on the big screen in the sequel to Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants with Gossip Girl's Blake Lively. On August 21st, Bledel's fans can see her in her new film, Post Grad, a coming-of-age comedy where she plays Ryden Malby, a recent college graduate forced to move back home to live with her eccentric family while she juggles work and relationships in a post-grad world. Scott Patterson (Luke Danes) did not leave The CW for long after Gilmore Girls was canceled. The following fall, he played Gary Tolchuk in The CW's critically acclaimed, but criminally unwatched sitcom Aliens In America. In AIM, Patterson played the patriarch of a small-town midwest family who took in a Pakistani Muslim exchange student played by Adhir Kalyan (now seen as David Spade's put-upon assistant Timmy on CBS' Rules Of Engagement). Patterson also appeared in Saw V and is in pre-production on two movies, Liberty and The Rogue.

I don't know what it is, but more CW stars celebrate their birthday in July than during any other month. In fact, almost every CW show is represented by at least one July birthday boy or girl.

The romance between Lois and Clark will take front and center in a major storyline to take place when Smallville returns for season 9 this fall.

Serena van der Woodsen's father will finally make an appearance this season on
Gossip Girl. No casting yet, but we'll have it here as soon as an announcement is made.

According to 90210's AnnaLynne McCord, Annie will not be reconciling with Naomi anytime soon. "Never. Not going to happen. I'm sorry. I wish," says McCord.

On Supernatural, Castiel will be featured prominently in a storyline that dovetails with the major storyline for the new season.

The CW has confirmed that Rumer Willis (offspring of Demi and Bruce and stepdaughter of Ashton) has been tapped to appear this fall in an undisclosed number of episodes of 90210. Rumer will play punky and opinionated Gia, a reporter for The Blaze (West Beverly's school paper turned news show). Oh yeah...and Gia is a lesbian. Did I mention that? Gia will interact with Silver, Navid and Adrianna who also work at The Blaze.

I'm a day late and a Canadian dollar short (roughly 87 cents for those of you playing at home), but I'd like to wish all of our CW stars hailing from the Great White North a belated Happy Canada Day. Hey, I'm from Brooklyn...what do I know about these things? Anyway, there sure are a bunch of 'em. Bet you didn't know...

Gossip Girl producers have inked Hilary Duff to a contract to join the hit series after NBC passed on her recent dramedy pilot.

Hilary Duff will appear in several episodes of Gossip Girl this fall. Beginning with the fourth installment of the new season (airing on October 5th) Duff will take on the role of Olivia Burke, an actress who attends NYU and just happens to be Vanessa's (Jessica Szohr's) new roommate. Oh...and it looks like Olivia will be hooking up with Serena's on again, off again go-to guy Dan Humphrey ( Penn Badgley). Let the fur fly! Gossip Girl moves to Mondays at 9pm this fall.

After a two-year absence, Daneel Harris returns to One Tree Hill as Rachel Gatina in at least 7 episodes of the hit series beginning with the second episode of the new season on September 21st.

Jana Kramer ( 90210) joins One Tree Hill as Alexis, a model who works for Brooke. One Tree Hill moves up an hour this fall to Mondays at 8pm.

90210 has cast Abercrombie & Fitch model and actor Trevor Donovan to appear as a semi-regular this fall. He will replace Dustin Milligan (Ethan) as the new eye candy for the ladies. According to Entertainment Weekly, Donovan will play Teddy, West Beverly's own version of JFK Jr. - gorgeous, smart, athletic, charming, and naturally confident. Donovan is best remembered for a 42-episode stint as bad boy Jeremy Horton on NBC's Days Of Our Lives.

According to the gossip mongers at Page Six, Gossip Girl's Leighton Meester and actor Sebastian Stan are itchin' to get hitched. While representatives of the couple have refused comment, both stars recently changed their Facebook relationship status to "engaged." No word yet on when the two plan to tie the knot...

The Gossip Girl beauty is featured in Cobra Starship's new music video Good Girls Go Bad. The catchy tune was written by American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi. Leighton shows off her vocal chops at around the 1:30 mark. Maybe she can sing it at her wedding. Check it out below!

Sam and Dean will get their first look at Satan himself this fall when Mark Pellegrino joins Supernatural in a recurring role as Lucifer. He surfaces in the season opener on Thursday, September 10th at 9pm following the series premiere of The Vampire Diaries.

If Mark Pellegrino looks familiar to you, you are probably a fan of Lost or Dexter. On Lost, Pellegrino played Jacob who was killed by Ben in the May season finale (or was he?). On Dexter, he definitely did bite the bullet. He played Rita's ex who was offed by the eponymous serial killer in season one of the Showtime drama.

For my money, Reaper's creepy Ray Wise served up the perfect Prince Of Darkness.

Joanna Garcia (Megan on "Privileged") is returning to The CW this fall. She has been cast as a love interest for Chace Crawford's Nate in Gossip Girl. Her 4-episode arc as Bree Buckley will begin on the third season opener - Monday, September 14th at 9pm. According to Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello, Garcia's Bree will be "an irreverent, slightly evil Miss America-type who hails from a conservative Southern family."

Kim Kardashian will be a guest judge in an episode of America's Next Top Model when it returns for its thirteenth cycle this fall. Kim is a big fan of Top Model and Tyra Banks. "Wow, this cycle is pretty amazing! It's definitely my favorite so far. It was such an honor to be a guest judge. I have watched this show for years and am such a huge Tyra Banks fan! She is such a smart business woman and such a role model, says Kardashian."

Jennie Garth is not signed for next season's 90210, but will in all likelihood be invited back.

Law & Order's Elisabeth Rohm will guest star as a socialite in an at least one episode of 90210 next season. Her character will be a source of irritation for AnnaLynne McCord's Naomi.

Gossip Girl's Serena van der Woodsen will not be heading to Brown this fall after all. Blake Lively tells TV Guide's Matt Mitovich that she will have her hands full chasing after her father. "She's thrown for this huge loop," says Lively. "There are a lot of things she's going to find out about her mother and about her background."

Callum Blue joins Smallville as a series regular this fall in the role of villainous General Zod, one of Superman's greatest arch-enemies. Blue is best known for his roles in such Showtime series as Secret Diary Of A Call Girl, The Tudors and Dead Like Me. He also appeared on The WB's short-lived series, Related.
General Zod's return from the Phantom Zone was strongly hinted at during the 8th season finale of Smallville. Callum Blue makes his first appearance as Zod in the 9th season opener. Smallville returns with fresh episodes in a new time period, Fridays at 8pm beginning September 25th.

With a strong, raspy voice that belies her almost 16 years, Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen is forging a career in rock music. It's a career that she hopes will last a lifetime.

Her band, The Pretty Reckless, concludes a month-long North American tour this weekend with appearances in Portland, Or, Vancouver, B.C., and Seattle. She will also have an album out this fall on Interscope Records and is pushing to have a single and video ready this August.

For Taylor Momsen, music is very personal and close to her heart.

"I'm so baring my soul to people, so it's like, you know...you're putting yourself out there completely for them to judge 100% and particularly 'cause I write everything, it's like you're getting my diary. So, you know you're kinda..., I mean here I am. Go ahead and judge me."

Momsen admits that the reaction from fans is initially shellshock, but says the more they see it, the more they get into it and the more enthusiastic they are about it. "I'm sure everyone's expecting it to be really pop and the kinda typical actress gone singer route which isn't what it is for me at all. It's like, music is my first passion, it's my first love. It's everything that means everything to me."

But fear not Gossip Girl fans, Taylor is not abandoning you. Newly anointed Queen B, Jenny Humphrey will be back on your screens soon. Filming on Gossip Girl resumes in early July.

According to the Bloomingdale's website, Ed Westwick will be making a personal appearance at the Bloomingdale's flagship store on 59th & Lex today, June 18th from 6-8pm. He will be in the Men's Metro Level to host the debut of the K-Swiss Remastered Classic Sneakers Collection and take photos with some lucky fans who purchase a pair of the sneakers. Well, that didn't take long. After passing on a gig at One Tree Hill, Brian Austin-Green has decided to take on Clark Kent as kryptonite-fueled cyborg baddie Metallo in at least the first two new episodes of Smallville this fall. DC Comics' Metallo is the alter ego of Daily Planet reporter John Corben. In just a few months, Brian has gone from fighting cyborgs on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles to becoming one on Smallville. Smallville kicks off its new season on Friday, September 25th at 8pm.

Newcomer Shantel Van Santen will join the cast of One Tree Hill as Haley's free-spirited sister Quinn. Shantel has appeared in one episode of CSI: NY and can be seen in the 3-D horror/thriller The Final Destination when it is released on August 28th.

Danneel Harris is returning as Rachel on One Tree Hill for a bunch of episodes next season.

Dustin Milligan's departure from 90210 will be explained in the season-opener. Apparently Ethan decided to stay with his dad in Montana.

Gossip Girl's Nate Archibald AKA Chace Crawford was named Summer's Hottest Bachelor by People Magazine. Crawford, who will be seen next year kicking it up as Ren McCormack in the remake of Footloose topped the list which also included 90210's Ryan Eggold, as well as Star Trek's Chris Pine, American Idol's Adam Lambert and Twilight's Robert Pattinson.

With the departures of Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton, One Tree Hill will be stocking up on new characters when it returns for a 7th season this fall. Hollywood trade papers and the internet have been abuzz this week with the news that Robert Buckley (Privileged, Lipstick Jungle) will join the cast as Clayton, Nathan Scott's new sports agent and friend. This is the role originally offered to Brian Austin-Green, who will NOT be joining One Tree Hill.
No casting announcements yet, but One Tree Hill will also be adding two additional characters (Haley's sister, Quinn, and a supermodel named Alex who works for Brooke).

Everyone remembers Thomas Calabro from his starring role as Dr. Michael Mancini on the original Melrose Place. He was also recently seen as Senator Ken Logan, the adulterer father of Zee-Bee-Zee pledge Rebecca Logan on ABC Family's GREEK . On Melrose, Dr. Michael Mancini had an affair with his sister-in-law Sydney Andrews (and at least ten others). So, basically...not much has changed for Thomas Calabro in the last 17 years. Welcome to The CW!

Hey, wait...didn't Sydney die years ago on the original Melrose Place, you say? So what? You've never seen a prime time soap before? Don't worry. All will be explained. ..And it's GOOD! By the way, Laura Leighton is married to Doug Savant who played gay resident Matt Fielding on the original Melrose Place and now stars on Desperate Housewives as Tom Scavo.

Shaun Sipos is a Canadian actor who was last seen as a regular on CBS' Shark. He has also been seen in guest starring roles on such series as Southland, ER, CSI: Miami and Smallville where he was credited as "Chloe's Boy Thing." I'm sure he can act, but with a credit like that, I'm guessing the girls are gonna love him no matter what.

The much better-half of Fall-Out Boy Pete Wentz and the mother of Bronx Mowgli (poor kid), Ashley was last seen on PIX as Cecilia Smith on the long-running WB drama 7th Heaven. Can a Jessica Simpson cameo be on the way? Here's hoping!

Jessica Lucas appeared most recently on 90210 for 4 episodes as Kimberly MacIntyre. You remember her. She was the trouble-making transfer student at West Beverly who turned out to be a 25-year-old undercover-Narc hired by Harry to weed out drugs in the school. Weed out. Get it? Anyhoo...until Kimberly was outed as a cop, she almost cost teacher Ryan his job when everyone thought he was having a sexual relationship with a student. See. You know her. Jessica Lucas also appeared as Lily in the JJ Abrams produced horror flick, Cloverfield.

As Max Tyler on ABC Family's GREEK, Michael Rady currently appears as the boyfriend of the Zeta-Beta's very own Casey Cartwright. Methinks that unless Casey moves to Melrose Place soon, this relationship is SO over. But what do I know? Michael Rady is also remembered as high school teacher Doug Stephens on CBS' 70's era cult favorite, Swingtown.

Currently trying to head off her own death (or is she the serial killer?) on CBS' Harper's Island. Katie is the daughter of the Partridge Family's David Cassidy and the niece of another 70's pop-star heartthrob, Shaun Cassidy. Sharp-eyed PIX viewers will remember Katie Cassidy as the original Ruby on The CW's Supernatural. Welcome back Katie!

Last seen on All My Children as Erica Kane's previously thought to have been aborted (doctor/TV producer/corporate mogul/ bad guy turned good guy turned bad guy) son Josh Madden who was shot to death by his brother-in-law. His heart saved the life of his comatose half-sister. Gotta love the soaps!
